Heavy-duty belt scale on three idler sets, for totalising granular materials, accuracy better than 1 %.
Description
BELTEC continuously weighs the material carried on a belt conveyor and totalises the quantity passed, displaying the flow rate in kg/h or t/h. The system uses three idler sets mounted on the scale frame, plus two idler sets each upstream and downstream to keep the belt coplanar, which gives an accuracy better than 1 % and very good repeatability.
It is installed on any belt with an inclination between 0 and 30 degrees, in a single working day. The load cells are FLINTEC stainless steel with IP68/IP69 protection, the belt speed is measured with a KÜBLER industrial encoder, and the SYSTEC indicator in a stainless steel housing provides RS232, PROFIBUS DP interfaces and a 4-20 mA analogue output for integration with the line PLC.
