Installation and commissioning

We install the equipment at your premises, commission it and train the staff who will work with it.

Fiscalisation and registration with ANAF

For the cash registers and fiscal printers we are accredited for, we carry out the fiscalisation (fiscal activation) of the device and its registration with ANAF, the Romanian tax authority. We tell you in advance which documents are needed.

Metrological verification

Commercial scales, platforms, weighbridges and taximeters are subject to metrological verification. We take care of preparing the equipment and the paperwork.

Staff training

At handover we train the operators on the installed equipment: daily operation, reports, end-of-day closure, roll changes, what to do when an error appears.

Warranty and post-warranty service

We are an accredited service unit for the devices we sell. Once the warranty expires, the customer can choose a form of cooperation for the support and maintenance of the equipment. Every call-out takes place as quickly as possible, within the time set by the contract and by the laws in force.
