Horizontal flow pack machine with hermetic Long Dwell sealing, for fresh products in modified atmosphere (MAP).
Description
ARTIC is the ULMA flow pack machine dedicated to fresh products packed in modified atmosphere: fresh or processed meat, poultry, fish, pizza, pasta and cheese. The three-seal pack is hermetic, and the protective gas mixture injected inside extends the shelf life.
The Long Dwell cross sealing station, with an oval jaw motion, achieves a perfectly hermetic seal on barrier film at high speeds. The machine is driven by independent, electronically synchronised motors, has a cantilevered stainless steel frame for hygiene and a 2 m stainless steel infeed belt. The no product / no bag and misplaced product safety functions are standard.
