TSA 680 tray sealing machine

Automatic tray sealer for preformed trays, with MAP, vacuum or skin, up to 23 cycles per minute.

Description

The TSA 680 seals preformed trays of any material, with plain or printed top film, and can work in modified atmosphere, vacuum or skin mode. The trays are brought in on motorised belts and positioned precisely, and sealing is done in one or two lanes, depending on the tray size and the tool.

The machine is designed for integration into medium to high output lines: the tool lift, arm opening and transfer are servo-driven, tools are changed quickly without hand tools, and the UPC10A-C panel with industrial PC and 10 inch touch screen includes three access levels, an Ethernet interface and a built-in maintenance programme.
